We aim to have all orders shipped the same day if placed before 11am (AEST). All orders placed after 11am will be shipped within 24 hours.

Orders under $150 are a flat rate charge of $10 for express shipping or $6 for standard shipping.
We use Australia Post Express & Standard depending on which option you choose. Express is next business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas - Perth CBD only). Australia Post do allow for Express parcels to arrive within 1-3 business days in the event there are unforeseeable delays. Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 business days.
Express & Standard Post is a NO SIGNATURE delivery service.
Tracking your order
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver. If they feel it is not safe to leave, or the parcel is too large, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post.

All New Zealand & International orders are sent standard and should be received within 1-5 business days.

IMPORT LIABILITIES AND TAXES
Please note NEOKAISHI does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. NEOKAISHI will not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Under no circumstance will NEOKAISHI accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges. You can read more about our policy in our sales terms and conditions.
NEOKAISHI is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
Shipping charges are non refundable.
The cost of all shipping provided on the NEOKAISHI site is not a reflection of customer return shipping costs from both AUS or international destinations. It is the full responsibility of the customer to fund the cost of return shipping and is not under any circumstance covered by NEOKAISHI.
